My favorite type of workout: Cardio & conditioning.
I am not a huge fan of lifting weights, primarily because I have never been comfortable being in a gym and lifting weights around guys lifting 300+ lbs. I love that conditioning provides control and autonomy over your workout and body. I love the tone that it provides in your body as well.
I will switch up my days of workouts so that I am switching arms/abs and legs every other day. I also perform these 3x through, up to 3 times.
- 10 push ups
- 15 tricep dips
- 40 mountain climbers or 15 straight leg sit ups
- 30 second plank
- 15 squats
- 10 burpees
- 10 jump squats
- 100 jump rope skips
